as you enter through the front door, the foyer opens to the kitchen, dining room, and family room To the left, you will find the first set of bedrooms with a full bathroom. Through the dining room is the primary bedroom and bath. Both the family room sofa and the office couch fold out into beds. On the lower level, you will find two additional connected bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a twin bed in the kids' 'TV' room. There is also a Ping-Pong and dart room with two extra refrigerators. The house comfortably sleeps six upstairs and five on the lower level. Large groups or multiple families will find an additional three spaces to sleep for a total of 14.
emmonds gas station, bait shop, and convenience store is about three miles away to the south on route 2 Hero's Welcome, a convenience store with delicious sandwiches, is less than five miles away to the north on Route 2. Two excellent restaurants, Shore Acres and North Hero House, are less than five miles away. Reservations are strongly recommended. Ladd's Point Marina, with boat rentals, is less than one mile away. There are several excellent restaurants on Route 2 in South Hero, as well as Wally's Bagel Shop. Burlington is approximately 25 miles away, with all the advantages of a large city.
