Gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, five-burner stovetop, and well-stocked for all home chefs to enjoy. The top level provides three additional bedrooms, all with ensuites. The recreational room offers seating, a TV, a game table, a bar, and foosball, which are available to guests. It is a great area to hang out and enjoy the family.

Only 2 miles to the first of three sets of tax-free Tanger Outlets. Take a walk or bike on the new four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path or enjoy part of the day at Tot Lot Community Park.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool in the off-season. City parking permits are available to purchase at the parking department if you need extra parking.
