our apartment is one of only two apartments for rent in the beloved former diver’s paradise bonaire resort This peaceful enclave is now home to a small number of individually owned vacation apartments. Our unit offers a rare combination of privacy, convenience, and original dive resort infrastructure—a combination that’s increasingly hard to find due to Bonaire’s restrictions on short-term rentals in residential zones. Fortunately, this property was grandfathered in, allowing us to continue welcoming guests while honoring the intent of local regulations.

we welcome (1) well-trained dog with prior approval
• dog guest fee: $40/night
• guests are expected to clean up after their dogs both inside and on communal
hoa property
• dogs must be kept on leash while on hoa property
• keep dogs out of the garden areas located in front of all ground-floor units
additional charges may be incurred for:
• excessive pet-related cleaning
• reported barking disturbances
• damage to furniture, property, or hoa common areas
• hoa fines for pet-related issues will be passed along to the guest
undisclosed pets
• an on-site property manager will be enforcing the pet policy
• if you are found to have an undisclosed pet with you, there will be a $140/night
penalty
• there will be immediate reporting to vrbo for violation of guest policies +
possible eviction without refund
