the complex is a small 22-unit building in a quiet neighborhood just north of lsu campus, other tenants are generally older grad students Locked security gates ensure only tenants have access inside. The saltwater pool is located in the central gated courtyard. Parking is located steps away off the street in our lot, and is first-come first served. Additional parking is available on the street. Excellent location just north of campus, jogging paths and parks, just south of downtown Baton Rouge, and easy access to the highway to get around town quickly.
