over the years we have loved the sprongs bluff area, a small cove set into lake ontario, is remote and beautiful We love that we have a huge lots, beautiful sunsets and LOTS of space. This little set of cottages are completely surrounded by NYS forever wild parkland. . This makes for great Canoe and Kayak trips into the Maxwell Creek area. Bald Eagles nest on the point and beauty and tranquility surround you. Nature is the star here and the lake a stunning backdrop. we hope to share with you!

Bald & Golden Eagles and Herons fly over cove and nest in state park and point. Take a short hike to Beaver Dam. Great for Kayaks and Canoes along edge and into Maxwell creek area. Directly on,easily accessible beachfront. Cove and Maxwell Bay/creek make small craft boating as well as swimming lovely. Gradual entry swimming with no big drop offs.
