Positive: Serena is an excellent host. Very attentive and highly responsive. Offered advice on where to go and what to do and helped us with a couple of logistical challenges. The perfect host! The accommodation was spacious , very well decorated and had a luxury feel. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The room was well appointed with a coffee machine, fridge and plenty of storage / hangers. Sadly we didn’t get to use rooftop area but we did use the communal balcony for the sunset view. Breakfast is taken at cafe a few minutes walk away - a pastry , coffee and juice is included. High quality and nice place to begin the day. The location was excellent - easy access to the historic part of the town and the beach and within close proximity of many restaurants and all that Termoli had to offer
Negative: Those travelling with heavy luggage or mobility issues should be aware that a few flights of marble stairs have to be climbed before accessing communal areas and bedrooms. This is a renovated home so do not expect an elevator. Not a problem for us but good to be aware.
