Going up to the first floor there is a large sleeping area where the main double bedroom with lake view is located with a private terrace equipped with awning, chairs and small table. The sleeping area is completed with 2 further bedrooms, both with double bed On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one with shower and a very large one with double washbasin, bathtub and shower. On the minus one floor, garden level, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower, a living room with lake view furnished with a table for 4, a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed. There is also a small, well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you exit onto the sun terrace with a Jacuzzi for 4 people from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake . From here there is access to the garden with lake view equipped with sun loungers and parasol. Behind the house two/three parking spaces are available for guests.
