The villa was built in May 2005 and is one of 7 identical villas built on the plot and are all privately owned and furnished to each individuals taste. As we will be using our villa on a regular basis we have furnished our property to the highest possible standards with all the mod cons you would expect to find at home and more. Our villa is directly poolside and has English and foreign satellite TV, we also have a DVD player that plays CD’s. The lounge and dining area and all bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units and the lounge can be adjusted to heat the property as well. We have a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster as well as much more which should add to your comfort. Our villa is a triplex (3 floors) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a further toilette on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and are en-suite..
