Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is one I’ve always wanted to stay in. I was so happy it was available. The location is perfect being on the great lawn for the kids to play on. The house layout is also wonderful with a game/media/play room on 3rd floor along with a 6 bunk bedroom & bath. My complaints with this house was the lack of upkeep. With so many things we loved about it, there were many things that needed maintenance. The outdoor shower was broken. Half the light bulbs in & outside of home didn’t work. The kitchen cabinets needed tightening. One of the doors was hanging on by one hinge. The washer & dryer were filthy. Half the time the tvs didn’t connect. The main living couch was filthy and covered in stains. One of the guest shower faucets was loose and kept sliding to scalding hot water unless you held it while you showered. Overall, the house needs an overall in maintenance and providing fresh, new basic pieces. Otherwise, the daily rent should come down, in my opinion.
