this is a completely private suite located in a multi-unit triplex While no spaces are shared and your entrance is entirely separate, you may hear the occasional sound from neighboring units. We’ve installed additional soundproofing insulation to minimize this and ensure restful nights for all guests.
this home does have another suite that is also a short term rental and there is a possibility that the other suite guests may have pets

to ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1 sign our short-term rental agreement
this is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2 complete id verification
all guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3 choose your damage protection option
you’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– pay a $50 cad non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 cad in coverage for accidental damage during your stay
or
– choose a refundable $700 cad security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules
please note: a 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 cad However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

we have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house
there is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us
please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
