Our spacious apartment Chesa Derby 47 is located on the fourth, top floor of the Chesa Derby with a large south-facing balcony. The apartment is accessible barrier-free by elevator from the underground garage. The apartment is newly renovated in 2016 and equipped with a modern, new designer kitchen, granite countertop, stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan to the outside, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, NESPRESSO machine, toaster, fondue set, etc.

The spa, doctors, pharmacies and shopping facilities, banks and the valley station of the cable car Sankt-Moritz Bad, Signal - Corviglia are within walking distance. The Sankt Moritz lake and hiking trails are about 300 m away. The apartment is very comfortable for two people. For a maximum of four people, the leather couch in the living room can be folded out to a sofa bed (lying surface 1.40m x 2 m). Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths.
