layout: this house is a split level home Upstairs has a large open plan living, kitchen & dining with a huge lounge so the whole family can sit and enjoy movie time together. 3 bedrooms on this level downstairs through the garage is the laundry and separate bathroom area and a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms available for guests use.
bedrooms: linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas and blankets and bath towels The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that include 1 king and 4 king singles. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds.
