the primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, walk in closets & gorgeous water views This room has both a king size bed as well as an oversized chair that is a twin sized sleeper sofa.
the second bedroom has a queen bed with water

there is a second oversized chair in the front "office" that contains a twin sleeper sofa This front room has a desk that is a perfect place for drawing, crafts & puzzles or provides a quiet space to work if you need to dial in during your vacay.

jones creek boat ramp is less than 1/2 mile away Jones creek is a high tide only ramp...there is no water and access to pull a boat at low tide.
sunbury boat ramp is about a 15 minute drive away & is access/use is not tide dependant
this is a low country house that is built up on piers All living is on one level but the main living area is on the second floor. Guests will have to climb stairs to access the house.
