reservation policies:
1 - door codes are always shared at 4 pm the check-in time frame is from 4 pm-5 pm anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules
2 - early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $300 and registration form are still pending
4 - deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date
5 - all complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in
6 - all departures must be reported immediately to the host
7 - all reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 am), changes can not be made after 10 am as per the platform's policies
8 - if you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved
9 - no courtesy refunds are provided
10 - if you want to coordinate any amenities, please make sure to inform the host 24 hours in advance (4 pm-12 am)
12 - extra cleanings, if applicable, should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 am each day
13 - incidental deposits policy:

in situations where the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, we will turn to the resolution center to address the liability for these damages Through this process, Airbnb may either charge the cost to your card or apply AirCover for resolution.
14 - registration policy
registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of ids for all guests under the reservation and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both links accurately (Deposit and registration); failing to do so will result in the termination of your reservation with no possibility to refunds.
15 - city penalties: the guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan
