Positive: It was comfortable, clean, and a good value. It is what it is...a budget motel. If you're looking for all of the bells and whistles, this won't be for you. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, which is always a plus.
Negative: The surrounding area has a "lively" street scene ...aka heavy traffic, homeless people asking for money, etc. I live in a major city so it's not a big deal to me, but it might be a deal breaker for someone else 🀷
