As 18-year-olds, guests are legally considered adults and can independently manage their stay. We trust that our guests will respect the house rules and care for the cottage as if it were their own.

**damages: guests will be financially responsible for any damages to the property, with charges ranging from $50000 to $2500.00+, depending on the extent of the damage.

**neighbor complaints: complaints from neighbors regarding noise or disturbances may incur additional charges and risk immediate eviction
**involvement of authorities: actions that result in authorities being called to the property will lead to immediate eviction and additional charges
