1 2 Dogs max - unless otherwise approved.
2 Must pick up all poop or there may be a clean up charge.
3 Do not leave pet unattended unless in a crate (this is when damage happens).
4 Keep dogs leashed while on walks in the neighborhood.
5 Keep pets off furniture and bedding or there may be a pet hair removal charge.
6 Please do your best to wipe your pets paws when they come inside to avoid carpet stains.

2 Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
3 We cannot host extra people above the permitted number of guests or allow parties on the premises.
4 We cannot accommodate extra cars on the property. Parking on the street and dirt is prohibited.
5 If your home has a hot tub, please enjoy it until 10pm at which time hot tubs are no longer allowed to be used.
