Positive: Hotel is near the tram station and found plenty of stores nearby. A special commendation to Kadir at the reception—he was incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out. We also loved the ambiance of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Negative: The club lounge offers limited food options and no way to heat up the bread.
