both apartments have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living-dining area with kitchenette, comfortable couch and play area for children
the apartment on the 1st floor has a beautiful balcony, from there you have a view of the andechs monastery and the ammersee
the large garden can also be used by the guests in the 1st floor can also be used
there is a swing and a sandpit to play
if necessary, a baby travel bed can be provided
