Welcome to Cozy Trio Cottages! Cozy Trio Cottages are 3 adorable cottages that are perfectly set up for you to make memories & relax while you reconnect w/friends & family. w/arguably the best beach in lexington & port sanilac, it is the perfect place for you to make memories at! your first words will be "wow"! we offer kayaks, beach supplies, corn hole, & more! there is both a gas grill & a charcoal grill for the family grilling days!
-dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
house rules:
- no more than 6 cars on site
- do not park on road or in neighbors' way!
- all furniture must be put back where it is found!
- no shoes on while inside the home
- quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am
