Just 5 minutes from Lexington, our location offers convenience and serenity. perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway by the lake! **please note that there is another home on this property however you have a private home that is not in view of the main home**

-one dog is allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. There is an additional fee to bring your dog.

- no more than 2 cars on site
- do not park on road or in neighbors' way!
- all furniture must be put back where it is found!
- no shoes on while inside the home
- quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
