It has a completely new kitchen with all brand new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Its also a fully stocked kitchen. This house house a large living room with a queen size sofa sleeper & love seat, 2 accent chairs and Roku tv. There's 3 bedrooms, two of the rooms each have queen size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds. Each bedroom has a tv with a Roku. The house includes a 2 car garage, access to the basement, nice fenced in backyard with firepit and deck & patio. There is a gas grill for you to use. The house is a couple miles from Lake harbor Park, approx 4 miles from Pere Marquette park on Lake Michigan. Its only 3 miles from downtown Muskegon and 13 miles from Coast Guard Fest in Grand Haven, Michigan..
