This great 2 bedrrom, 1 bath, was fully renovated to host families and business travelers when coming to houston. We are about 20 minutes from Galleria mall and 6 miles from Downtown.

the neighborhood could sometimes have music later than expected, on holidays there are fireworks until late at night Also, the area is unsafe for waking your pet because occasionally there may be stray dogs. The area has undergone a few home renovations, yet some still need some repairs . We want to be open and honest with you, regarding the area.

* $350 fee for smoking ,vaping, marijuana or any type of smoke devices used inside the home
