All linens, towels and toiletries are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, including spices and essentials at your disposal. Our kitchen/eating area can seat 14, plus. Enjoy large gathering spaces indoors and outdoors. Large basement with shuffleboard, darts and 70" TV. The deck has great views of mountains and farmland and has a propane fire pit and seating for 12. Driveway can accommodate 5 cars. Our home is waiting to welcome you, your family & friends! Parties are not allowed without permission. There are ring cameras at the front/back of property for security reasons, but not inside. Our local area, also known as Happy Valley, includes Penn State University, Downtown State College, Historic Bellefonte, Fishing in Spring Creek-Fisherman's Paradise, Tussey Mountain/Skiing, Bald Eagle State Park, Golfing and ATV riding.
