as for the house itself, it is a 3 bed, 2 bath that can easily accommodate 10 guests The kitchen is directly off of the dining room and includes the basics from utensils, pots/pans to a toaster and coffee-maker. The dining room and living room are great spaces to gather and relax. The living room includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping accommodations.
