in the mood for a relaxing getaway, some romantic time with that special someone, a hangout with friends or some quality family time? this is the place for you! once you arrive make your way into a nice three bedroom, two bath home with everything you need to have a great time!
if your choice is to just relax and do nothing at all You can rejuvenate yourself in the main bedroom on a King sized bed for some deep comfortable sleep, or maybe lay back and listen to music, watch a good movie or your favorite show. This room has its own private bathroom with a nice spacious shower, double sink and a walk-in closet. If you’re coming in a small group the second and third room have Queen sized beds for your comfort and both rooms have smart TVs as well. The guest restroom is located right outside those two rooms. The house accommodates 6 people comfortably with the existing room set ups but can occupy a few more depending on your comfort in sleeping arrangements.
feeling hungry? prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the stocked kitchen or if you prefer to cook outside sit in the backyard while you have something sizzling on the grill Are you like me who likes desert before dinner? You can start up a relaxing campfire in the pit and make some s’mores. Yum! On a perfect night just look up and gaze at the stars peeping throw the spaces in between the huge trees. If one of your favorite seasons is fall, their will definitely be leaves. I just know if you stay here you will fall in love and never want to leaf! Lol Pest Control is done on a regular schedule to eliminate insects in and around the house as much as possible but if your into that sort of thing being by the lake it is not uncommon to see one or even a frog hopping across the yard once in a while. This is a growing community with a mixture of older homes and new builds located in a calm peaceful location that will not disappoint.

are dogs allowed you ask? ofcourse i love dogs! i have two of my own Small to medium sized breeds are welcome just please be respectful of the furniture. Property is gated and fenced so they can run and play but there may be areas that sit higher off the ground so depending how small of a breed you have please keep that in mind if you leave them unattended. No supplies are in home for them so you will need to bring their necessities for your stay. The house is deep cleaned thoroughly after every visit but If you have severe pet allergies you want to consider that 100 percent absence of pet dander cannot be guaranteed.
some small start off essentials are provided such as soaps, lotion, and toiletries but they may not last your entire visit depending on the length and size of your group so you may want to bring your own or purchase as needed Bath Towels and bedding are provided. Firewood for the pit is not.
parking on property has a single car carport and driveway that fits about three cars up to the gate a fourth car passed the gate Parking is allowed on the road if needed but may be limited.
this really is just a calm and peaceful neighborhood but i also encourage you to have a good time play some music, sing, jump on the trampoline with the kids or without them Lol Laugh, cookout, visit the lake or local attractions.
