This cozy and bright farmhouse cottage is only a couple of miles south of historic Basalt where you will find shopping and dining options and only a short drive to Aspen, Snowmass Village, and Aspen Snowmass Ski Resort.
the home's open floor plan includes a kitchen and dining area, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with laundry The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal, and an electric grill is located on the front porch. The bedroom features a king bed, French doors that open to enjoy the fresh air and mountain views, and a writing desk. The living room includes a twin sized sofa sleeper for a third guest (best suited for a child), along with an electric fireplace and flat screen television. The bathroom has a walk in shower and doubles as the laundry area. Enjoy beautiful views from the quiet back deck or the covered front porch with private fenced front yard.
dogs are welcome, and the fenced in front yard is theirs to enjoy! the back yard can be used to access the rio grande trail (via the home's side gate) but otherwise is reserved for the owner's dog that lives next door
