the apartment has two bedrooms, with a large backyard that is used exclusively for the ground floor apartment It has one bathroom that includes an EcoSmart Water Heater which will supply endless hot water, which will be great to utilize while soaking in the AquaLiving Air-Bath outfitted with air jets, LED lights, and Aroma Therapy features. Or taking a shower with the AKDY Shower Panel, which offers water temperature control features, as well as multiple shower-heads for a massaging, comfortable, and relaxing bathing experience. The kitchen has up-to-date, modern appliances. The apartment comfortably sleeps six adults, but, we have included two additional twin beds that may be utilized. We are Pet Friendly but must be disclosed during booking. Please curb your pet. For your convenience, smoking is allowed outdoors only. Smoking is permitted in the Front/Back yards. We ask that you please discard the butts once done and completely extinguished. Do not discard them in either of the yards. Gatherings are approved, but parties aren't. Please respect the noise ordinance. At 10 p.m. all excessive noise must cease. Lastly, Enjoy Your Stay.
