Comfortable and private home-feel-type modern apartment with one bedroom and one bath. Ground floor. Private space and separate entry. Perfect for couples. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air while relaxing or drinking your morning coffee on the back porch. This cozy getaway is nestled among live magnolia, mimosa, and oaks in the heart of the Outer Banks.

we have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
