you have exclusive access to your unit Parking on exterior side of building for one small/mid-size car. The garage parking is for main residence and not for this unit.

we love living here because the short north is the artsy progressive part of town with all the shops, galleries, restaurants, live bar scene and seems to always be active but being two blocks away allows you to escape to your quiet place to recharge!
there is a complimentary parking spot to the side of your unit on the concrete however walking and uber is probably best
sorry, the backyard belongs to the main house tenants! but if you ask nice, they might share at their discretion
