6 - all departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights
7 - all reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (11 am), changes can not be done after 11 am as per the app configuration, we can not override this
8 - if you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved
