kitchen:
help yourself to anything in the kitchen We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
smoking: please refrain from smoking anywhere inside the house outdoors is totally fine, we just ask you leave nothing behind :)
noise:
as neighbours surround our property, and our family lives right across the lake, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm
horses:
we do have horses in the pasture right next to the house While they are very friendly and enjoy attention, we ask that you do NOT feed them as equine animals have very sensitive digestive systems, and although they probably wouldnt bite on purpose, they cannot tell if fingers are in the way.
groundskeeping:
we do have a groundskeeper who helps us keep our 60 acres under control with mowing, weedeating and landscaping We do our best to do most of this work between 11 am and 3 pm. if you see someone pulling weeds, cleaning air filters, or mulching, just know we are doing our best to make your stay as beautiful as possible :)
