entering the front door you arrive in the wood floor living room with large flat screen tv, comfortable seating, wireless internet and open floor plan to the kitchen Kitchen includes commercial sized refrigerator, wine pantry, cook top, built in over and microwave and large island with seating for 6. There is also a 6 top dining table. The upper deck is large with some shady and sunny areas and includes seating and a large gas grill.
the main level features the lakeside master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and a twin over full bunkbed Master bathroom has double sinks, shower and a jetted tub.
bedroom 2 features a king bed and ceiling fan and has use of the guest bathroom in the hall That bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo.
downstairs you will find the 5th bedroom tucked away at the foot of the stairs Great room for kids to sleep and play. It includes a twin daybed with twin trundle.
the family room includes a pool table, foosball table, video game and pub seating with access to the lower deck Bedroom 3 is a lakeside Master Bedroom and includes a Queen bed and a Twin over Full bunkbed, ceiling fan and private bathroom with standing shower. Bedroom 4 is a lakeside Master Bedroom and includes a Queen bed and a Full over Full bunkbed, ceiling fan and private bathroom with standing shower.
parking is a maximum of 5 cars (which includes 2 in the garage) and the home includes a boat dock with 12 x 48 slip the owners have also supplied a 1 paddle boat, 1 canoe, and 2 kayaks for guest enjoyment!
kahokee trail is on the quiet side and several miles from a grocery store However, there are convenience stores, Dollar General and a few nearby restaurants. Great home and great location. you won't be disappointed!
