Summary: The ground floor unit is beneath the main accommodation which is like a big house and so the noise upstairs can be an issue. We were lucky there were no families with children upstairs. The kitchen is well appointed and very clean. The living room space is quite adequate for 2 people. But the bedroom is a let-down - only one bed lamp on the one bedside table. Are we to read turnabout? The mattress is a shocker and we slept top and toe to avoid the roll-in to the middle. I felt mislead as the washing machine costs $5 per load to use and the drier $1 for only 10 minutes - I'd not like to be there with a family. No clothesline space at all available yet there's heaps of space where lines could be put underneath the main accommodation. The clothes airers were locked in upstairs. A worker arrived who let us in to get the clothes airers. The bathroom floor is very slippery (as noted by another person), and no rails in the slippery floor shower, which is at odds with the otherwise accessibility of the unit, if for oldies like us (76 & 68). There is a $15 fee for Wifi. We stayed for the two nights we booked but I'd not go back in light of the above. Having been in the accommodation industry in the past, we hope this comment is looked at as being constructive rather than critical.
