Positive: The appartment is in a quiet corner of the park. It can be easily reached from the road through the park. Cleaning was - with one missed spot - ok. The host was responsive to communication requests. One day this was really needed as the sliding terrace door closed itself. She responded quickly and provided a solution.
Negative: The state of the house was so-so. Many door handles were damaged, a table had damage. The stove did not have ignition and matches to replace this were missing. There was a shortage on toilet paper. The outside patio is not really a plus. It is most of the time fully in shade, it is full of mosquitos. That's nature yes but not really attracting. The biggest issue that I have with the property that prior to booking you don't know it is a appartment in a center parcs. Yes the name is the same but if you are not familiar with center parcs locations it does not ring a bell. The host replied after booking that aqua mundo was not included in the price and while the property information says "additional charge" you do not know what it really means. The price for a day in aqua mundo is high, very high. It is not the host or the owner of the property that charge this but be warned. When we arrived the security had difficulties to find our reservation and after multiple times saying it was via booking they understood it and let us in. That is most likely not something to blame the owner but entrance could have been more polite and smooth.
