Plenty of parking and back yard with natural gas fire pit, comfortable seating on screened in porch with breakfast bar. BBQ outside with your own gas grill, shared stairs to your beach. Open loft with full bathroom, air conditioning throughout. pool table and washer & dryer in the basement!
