There is a loft with two twins suitable for children, is accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 4 adults.

we are two doors down from foss field which runs along back bay on lake winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave..
