The large open plan kitchen and dining area is ideal for socialising, the kitchen has two ovens to make catering for large numbers easier, it is well equipped with everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable. When you are in the living area you are overlooking Perranporth and the sand dunes, snuggle down in the comfy sofas and admire the view or on a cold evening light the wood burner and relax with a good book. At the rear of the property is a seating area, there are steps not suitable for those with restricted mobility, and a seating area where you can spend the day eating al fresco or just enjoying the view.

St Agnes is only 4-miles away, popular with visitors for its coastline, coastal paths, and beaches, it also has some independent shops, restaurants, and pubs great for a day out. If you like walking then you will be spoilt for choice, head to Redruth to explore the mining heritage and see the preserved historic buildings, follow the coast path along Poldark country admiring the spectacular views and wildlife you may see a dolphin, or seal as well as migrating birds.
