Positive: It was the friendliness of staff. The checking in nearer to the date of my holiday and the before hand information pertaining to the property. Where to find the key, how the alarm work, wifi password etc that was amazing service to start off with. The friendliness of the staff receiving us and being available to come back should we need any guidance. The fully fitted kitchen with all quality appliances, the standard of bedding, the qualify and amount of detergents available to manage hygiene throughout the weekend was a plus. The branded soap, shower wash, hand soap and hand wash was an extra and not expected. It was really an hotel hospitality service received. The well maintained property added to the relaxing moments. It was truly a accommodation for all types of groups. Being a family with children or couples, it was amazing. Thank you for making our weekend away a memorable time.
Negative: To be honest, I will have to lie if I mention i found fault with the accommodation.
