**this is not a 'lakefront' property, however, the property includes 2 covered slips located a short 15 mile drive at Stardust Marina. To launch your personal watercraft there is a public boat launch at the end of the street for easy boat access. If you need a watercraft rental, reserve from nearby Stardust and Sequoyah marinas. For summer rentals, reserve soon since supplies are in peak demand.
the property also has a private swimming pool with a large pool house (open april – sept) The pool is not heated. The garage above the pool house has a commercial ice maker.
