No outside appliances, no sporting equipment, including bikes inside. ( there is a gate and suspended rack for bikes outside)>

All linens supplied. Outside table and chairs on patio. I love that I live only a couple of blocks to Arana Gulch and then down to the Walton Lighthouse and Seabright beach. we have great restaurants and coffee shops ( la posta, tramonte, midway, charlie hong kong, verve) nearby as well as shoppers corner and staff of life grocery stores and a whole foods, too! kuumbwa jazz club downtown as well as the rio theatre are great venues for music!
