Welcome to Conch Key Villas! We are located in the heart of the Florida Keys. Conch Key is a quiet island where relaxing is a way of life. When you first walk through our entrance gate you know you made a great decision to join us. Our lodging property is an example of what tropical is all about, our gardens and palms offer a place to get away from it all.
unit#1 is a ground-floor studio situated right on the water This unit includes a boat slip and ample parking for your boat trailer and truck. We can handle boats up to 25' in length. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away. The street side door opens to our garden area and the water side door opens to the Florida Gulf, 15 feet away from your boat slip. Your patio has a table and chairs just outside so you can enjoy the views while grabbing a bite to eat or cup of morning coffee.
the studio unit has a fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, comfortable king size bed, pull out futon, bed and bath linens, cable and wireless internet The unit sleeps 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a utility room for our guests that includes a coin operated washer and dryer and upright bait freezer. 1 pet will be considered for an $100.00 pet fee.
