the location is very convenient to five points, the vista, downtown, usc, fort jackson, etc Great for a quick weekend getaway as well as for business professionals looking for an extended stay.
how is so much comfort packed into such a small space? you'll have to see to believe This isn't a large spacious home, but has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Netflix, some local channels and some cable channels (via Roku) are available along with a full kitchen, coffee bar and brand new washer and dryer. There is a queen bee in the main bedroom and a full size bee in the guest bedroom.

i don't live in town but am in columbia all the time so there's a decent chance i'm around if you need me But if not, my co-host Catie lives in Columbia and can help out whenever needed. We are both always available via the AirBnb app, phone or text.

car is the dominant mode of transportation in columbia and just about everything is less than 20 minutes away Uber and Lyft are also great options if you don't want to drive. and there are also restaurants, bars and shops along devine street, which is only 4 blocks away!
there are a total of 5 off-street parking spaces shared among the 3 units It's first come, first served for parking. There is also free parking along the street.

if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs
