Our classic, spacious family home is situated on a very quiet residential street. We are ideally situated in Toronto in the neighbourhood called Bedford Park. The subway to downtown is a 5 minute walk away from our front door (17 minute ride to downtown) and on the way are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and more.

Enjoy the shade beside a tree in the garden in the backyard or read a book on the large front porch. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the privacy of this family home.
you will love to cook in the renovated, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking pots, pans and utensils anyone would require There are granite counters and many cupboards holding plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen table easily seats 4 with room for more.
the first floor has a built on room next to the dining room which houses a queen sized futon and a powder room off to the side The sliding doors lead out to the garden.
