This Bungalow is new construction and includes a full modern kitchen and 1 full bath, washer/dryer and sleeps 4 comfortably.
pets under about 50 lbs are welcomed at an additional fee of $40 per pet, per stay, but must be crated when unattended I can make exceptions to the fee structure for small dogs or multiple pets.
the unit offers an open space for enjoyable social gatherings and views of the mountain The "nest" deck (shared by both houses) provides wonderful views of the mountains. The living area includes one convertible sofa that sleep 2 comfortably. The bedroom has a new memory foam queen size bed. The Bungalow also provides a full bath with tub/shower combo, and an additional half. all the furnishings and linens are new!
