Drenched sunlight and within steps of the beach, 4 houses or 400 feet from Sandy Beach and Long Island Sound. Newer bath and kitchen remodel. Open concept full kitchen, with refrigerator, Juicer, Keurig, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy strolls along the boardwalk with sunset views. Beach gear, bicycle, scooter, family-fun board games, and Yard games, WiFi & premium cable TV .
2 large flat-screen tvs, premium cable, with hbo, showtime, and xbox 3 AC unit in the apartment for a cooling feeling.
