we think of this property as our home away from home and like to know something about those we are inviting to stay We ask our guest to leave it in the same condition as they found it upon their arrival. Think of it as a friend’s home without the friend home. We are not a hotel or motel. Our guests have exclusive use of this entire top floor, third story apartment .
comfort found literary lodging is a fully furnished, two-bedroom (each bedroom with a queen sized bed), river view apartment in a historic new england downtown Restaurants, galleries, shops, a book store, library, the Lincoln Theatre with films and live performances, and the Damariscotta River Harbor are nearby.
please note that this apartment is on the third floor with wide stairs, but no elevator If anyone in your party has a walking impairment, please consider it before booking. A fully time tenant lives on the floor below. We ask our guests to be mindful of heavy footsteps and noise.
