Slipping into the next room, a sophisticated navy and white kitchen awaits, with an American fridge freezer and shiny range cooker - which are bound to tempt even the most reluctant of chefs to don their apron and get cooking. Also on this level is a dining area (with seating for eight) a handy utility room (including a washing machine and tumble dryer), plus an accessible snug room featuring a luxury double sofa and en suite wet room - which, if requested before arrival, can easily be transformed into sleeping quarters for extra guests too.
