The Marina is 5 blocks away, and there is plenty of room for your boat in the driveway at Coastal Cottage. Tucked into one of the quietest neighborhoods and all the tropical wonders you could ask for, you will be near the main road to the beach, but you'll won't hear the traffic. Fabulously decorated and impeccably clean.
the space
you will step into the mermaid lounge living area, spacious and comfortable All furniture is new in 2023. Enjoy the large TV, sofa bed (comfortable as either) and easy chairs, or go right out to the screened patio with Eden like views of the tropical garden back yard. fully fenced for your privacy, or your dog and children's safety. the patio has a table with 8 chairs for al fresco dining.
the dining area features a gorgeous 8 seat teak custom table with a bench on the window side so your view out is unobstructed when not in use The kitchen has all you should need should you decide to prepare meals for your family and friends visiting. There's plenty of storage for food in the pantry and a huge refrigerator. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area with a new full sized front load washer and dryer.
each bedroom has a theme, and it's own tv, of course Tasteful, but fun. The primary suite is the Caribbean Suite with King bed, Colonial Caribbean themed furniture, original art, heirloom designer bench, and statuesque lamps.
the queen bedroom is called the palms Light and joy fill it along with complimentary furniture, unique and irreplaceable art, and a walk-in closet.
the seaside fun bedroom features a daybed and floor level trundle Intended to make kids love it, adults will also be very comfortable. This room features one of a kind, vibrant professional photography on canvas.
in a side area of this room is a dedicated work space Natural light, charging station, lamp, great room lighting, and of course WiFi throughout the home. You will love the broad desktop, if you must work, this is the place to do it. The chair can easily be moved into the dining area to bring the total seating to 8.
the bathrooms are as luxurious and well appointed as the rest of the home Beautiful walk-in showers, full dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, quality towels, beautiful decor, and the little things like the special makeup wash cloths.
outside, you will find a locked shed You have a key. In it are beach toys and equipment for you to use, but you may also use it to store your own outdoor items securely. Fishing poles, bicycles, whatever you brought that you want to keep safely tucked in this spot.
out front, you already found the expansive driveway with room for a large boat on a trailer, and you'll still have room for several cars Sure, use the hose to wash off the boat, trailer, or cars. Unless there is a water use restriction in place. We will let you know. You will be able to use our membership at the marina, so have a great time with it, only a few blocks away.

the garage is excluded from guest use at this time Also, there are 2 sheds on the property. The one nearest the home has beach items for your use. The other is excluded and used for property maintenance. There are 3 locked closets. One is the HVAC equipment, one is our personal items, and the 3rd is for the maids supplies. Thank you for respecting these areas.

you will notice a sunny yellow bench on the front porch It has 6 lock boxes. 3 of those are for your access if needed.
the one marked "c" for caribbean has keys in it to the king bedroom suite (which should not be locked, but just in case you lock yourself out) and a key to the beach shed if you want to use it or get to the beach toys
the one marked "p" for palms has a key to the queen bedroom Again, it should not be locked, but just in case it becomes locked you will be given the code to get the key.
the one marked "s" for seaside has a key to the room with a daybed Children sometimes will lock themselves in a room. This gives you a key.
the one marked "e" for emergency has certain other keys you should not need, but in case we are not nearby and some circumstance calls for it, we will give the code for that box
these codes will be given on request after you check in or on check-in
please note that you will not have the code for the back door When home and moving in and out, be sure to turn the lock to the side. This will allow anyone to enter from the outside. If you turn the lock up, it will lock on the outside, but you will be able to exit. If the door latches, you will be locked out. You will need to walk around to the front door.
also, this back door does not always latch perfectly Please, when you close this door, push on it (or pull if outside) to make sure it is latched. Otherwise, it may open fully with the wind. This will allow the weather in, and it is less safe for you..
