Summary: The apartment needs a complete spring clean. On entering there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke, carpet needs a wash, soap scum in shower, grouting in bottom of shower filthy, curtains need washing, stove hotplates need cleaning, streaks on kitchen cupboards, dishwasher, oven door and windows/mirrors, dust on top of air conditioner, to name a few things.
